  • Visit and Family Visa: Processing short-term tourist or family reunification visas.

  • Career Counseling: Personalized guidance based on client profile.

We reserve the right to refuse service if false information is provided or if we believe the client poses a legal, ethical, or operational risk.

5. Fees and Payments

5.1 Consultation Charges

Initial consultations may be free or charged depending on the service scope. This will be communicated upfront.

5.2 Service Fees

All service fees must be paid in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated. Fees will vary depending on:

  • Country of application

  • Type of visa or service

  • Documentation complexity

5.3 Payment Terms

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, mobile banking, cash, or cheque.

  • Respond to communication from our team promptly.

  • Pay all fees within the agreed timeline.

  • Follow all legal and immigration laws of the destination country.

Failure to comply may result in termination of services without refund.

7. Service Limitations

While Global Scholars uses its best efforts, we do not guarantee:

  • Visa approval from embassies or consulates.

  • Job placement success or employer hiring decisions.

  • Exact processing timelines (as they depend on government authorities).

  • Admission to specific universities or scholarship awards.

We act as facilitators and advisors. Final decisions lie with foreign employers, institutions, and immigration authorities.

8. Third-Party Involvement

We may involve third-party organizations such as:

  • Foreign employers

  • Educational institutions

  • Immigration lawyers

  • Courier and notary services

  • Translation or medical verification centers

Global Scholars is not responsible for delays, errors, or losses caused by third-party entities beyond our control. However, we will always assist in resolving such issues within reasonable effort.

  • If the client refuses to cooperate with service processes.

  • If legal or regulatory risks are identified.

In such cases, no refund shall be issued.

Clients also reserve the right to terminate services at any time by providing written notice. However, termination does not entitle the client to a refund for services already rendered or in progress.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Global Scholars, its directors, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and costs (including legal fees) arising from:
